As a result there have been no reports of The Crew Frame breaking in this spot in over 5 years. Instead of a standard bridge a the frames feature Stress' custom Wolfbone gusset.

According to Stress BMX's research, in 60% of cases the frame breaks around the head tube. This location is a real stress concentration. With the addition to external gussets on both tubes, Stress also use branded integrated gussets. This means that tube walls are 66% thicker where the main load is and thinner where there is no load.
The 12.9 chainstay is the modern middle ground. It suits any rider. With this chain stay length it is very easy to spin and turn doing manuals, plus, your bunnyhops are still high.
Stress are fans of the lower bottom bracket heights. In their opinion this is the most underestimated frame feature. By lowering the BB you bring your centre of gravity closer to the bike’s centre of gravity and your bike becomes more responsive. Plus, the load on the lower back is significantly reduced which is also important.
